‘Bienvenidos a El Salvador Senate Dems’: New NRSC ad mocks Van Hollen trip

Van Holin sought to negotiate the release of Garcia so that he could accompany the legislator to Maryland, where his family lives. Garcia is a Salvadori citizen.
