Bill Hemmer explores pickleball’s origins in Fox Nation’s new season of ‘Meet the America’

“Meet the American” from Fox Nation launched its second season, where Bill Hummermar took the participant “American NewSroom Bill Hemmer through great stories about American exceptional.

Each episode of the individuals whose ideas, perseverance or innovations are a permanent sign of American culture – with a full episode dedicated to Picklebaall. (See the video at the top of this article.)

Hemmer Fox News joins a retired American athlete in Detroit News, Mike Uhar, to reveal the roots of the game.

On one of the summer days in 1965, at his home on the island of Penberridge, Washington, Britthard was looking for ways to entertain his children.

British and Bell created a temporary game at the Badlooor Ball stadium with the Bing Bong field and a perforated plastic ball.

On the afternoon of the events, the men shared the game with their friend Barney McClicom, polish the game and create rules.
