Reuveni admitted on Friday that Garcia’s deportation was a mistake, according to the New York Times.

On Saturday, the Trump administration argued in an emergency appeal that the American boycott judge Paula Shinis could not force the administration to return Garcia to the United States

Shinis spent on Friday that the government should make the necessary arrangements to return Garcia in the United States before Monday in the middle of the night.

On Saturday, the emergence of the emergency seeks to remain temporarily to the Shinis decision until the government will reach a time to properly appeal the ruling.

“Late on Friday afternoon, the US Federal Provincial Judge ordered the United States to force El Salvador to send one of its citizens-a member of the MS-13, no less than-to the United States by midnight on Monday. If there is an issue for the sake of halging, this will be the case.”

The government also argued that it “has no control of” Garcia now after it became in El Salvador.

Shinis said on Friday that the expulsion of Garcia on March 15 to enforce immigrants and customs in the United States, violating the Administrative Procedures law, as it occurred without a judicial procedure.

The Trump administration admitted that the removal of Garcia was a “administrative mistake”, but also defended it, claiming that Garcia had relationships with the MS-13.

“Now MS-13 is a dedicated foreign terrorist organization. Foreign terrorists do not have legal protection in the United States of America. This administration will continue to deport foreign terrorists and illegal criminals from within our nation.”

The immigration judge said five years ago that Garcia, who came to the United States illegally in 2011 and asked for asylum, could not be deported to his country of origin, due to fears that he would become a victim of the members of the local Salvador gang.

His request was rejected for asylum, but he obtained protection from deportation and ice did not appeal the decision.

Garcia’s wife, Jennifer Vasquiz, Surah, an American citizen, has made a strong campaign for his return.

Garcia was working as a metal trainee in Maryland and was arrested in a car park in IKEA on March 12, while his 5 -year -old son was in the car.

His lawyers argued that the man has a permit from the Ministry of Internal Security to work in the country, and he strongly denies any gang affiliation. They also say that the government provided little evidence to support its demand.

There was no indication of how the government complied, because it was imprisoned in El Salvador prison under the detention of that government.
