Bluetti says it can reduce vanlife power installations to ‘30 minutes’

It took only three years, but Bluetti follows Ecoflow’s progress with a completely integrated energy system on its own to make Vanlifers, network cabins, and boats Energy Independent. The main feature of the RVSOLAR system on custom systems is a relatively fast and easy installation, and it only requires “30 minutes”, according to the Bluetti advertisement in IFA 2025.

Although it is undoubtedly faster than installing a completely detailed solution of Victron Energy, for example, the last time I installed the similar ECOFlow system, it took more than five hours-and that was several hours after planning, measuring and double verification. Thirty minutes is just the time needed to connect everything together, so there is still a hint of the truth here.

Bluetti RVSolar 48V is capable of 5000 watts directed by Max AC or 1,360W DC. This is a lot of energy for everything starting from the air conditioner installed on the ceiling, the definition cooktop to the 12V water pump and the lighting system. It can be formed using LFP batteries with a mockery that is heated in Bluetti-which is enough for me to live and work on the network for up to 76 days, based on an average of 1.6 kW per hour that I consume daily in my own truck. As a reward, the Bluetti system also supports batteries that match the third party, something that Ecoflow cannot claim with its monopolistic connectors.

Reducing a system with batteries will be exaggerated for most because these systems are designed to be recharged easily when going out in the sticks. The system connected batteries can be recharged from a number of sources, including solar panels (up to 3600 watts), beach energy connecting (up to 5,000 watts), diesel generator (up to 5,000 watts), and the birth of your car (up to 1200 watts).

The system is built around the RV5 power axis unit that includes all devices, which usually must be connected together separately in a detailed installation. These reflectors include DC-TO-AC to convert DC power to the frequency power of the microwave or coffee machine, a MPPT solar charger to organize the entry of the solar panel, the DC-DC charger to increase the batteries when the car engine is operated, and the DC transformer to the voltage in favor of 12 V-24V such as lights, pumps, and modern pumps.

The collection also comes with a smart distribution panel for the 8 AC and 20 DC circle, with a distance control over four AC and Six DC circles. You can also get a 10.1-inch wire control that can be installed on a central location in the car for remote monitoring and control at the circuit level-functions that are repeated in the Bluetti app.

The RVSOLAR system will be internationally available on September 30. Pricing information was not available at the time of publication, but I expect it to be equally with Victron components, especially if they are used third -party batteries.
