US leadership must be ‘unchallenged’

The White House has released the “Artificial Intelligence Action Plan”, which framing the next decade is a technological race that the United States cannot lose.

The action plan with the urgent speech of a new cold war argues that securing victory in artificial intelligence is no less than national necessity. Trump’s introduction determines the tone, called for “achieving and preserving unrestricted global technology dominance” as a basic principle of national security.
