Brett Kavanaugh’s attempted assassin faces sentencing

The judge is scheduled to judge Nicholas Rosk on Friday for his attempt to assassinate the judge in the Supreme Court, Brett Cavano, in the weeks before the DobBS decision of the Supreme Court.

The ruling on Rosk comes at a time when the judges have repeatedly caused warnings about the threats they received from the suspects who move him ideologically through the political spectrum.
The assassination attempt occurred in 2022 just two weeks before the Supreme Court handed over its prominent decision that rejected the ROE V. Wade, a decision expected to attract demonstrators to build the Supreme Court and the role of conservative judges for weeks before that.

Last year, Alaska man named Panos Anastasiou was charged with sending hundreds of messages to the Supreme Court judges that included threats to kill them.
Anastasiou is accused of specific threats of six judges from shooting, strangling, “death” and beheading.
