Brooks Koepka responds to LIV exit rumours: ‘Everybody else seems to know more than I do’ | Golf News

Brooks Koepka responded to reports that he is considering leaving LIV GOLF to return to the PGA tour.

Kweepka has insisted five times the winner that he had not made any decision about his next step after his current contract with Lev.

“It seems that everyone has their own opinion and no one asks me,” said 34 -year -old.

“As I said before, I am not in those rooms. I have the commitment of the contract here to fulfill, then we will see what is happening.

“I don’t know where I am going, so I don’t know how everyone does.”

Koepka will then play at the Singapore event in Lev Golf, which begins on Friday, where the individual defender champion will be.

“For the time being, I just focus on how to play better, how I play better in large companies, how this team wins, then we will discover next year and how to play better again,” said Koebka.

“It’s the same. It is just a rotating cycle. I have nothing. It seems that everyone knows more than me.”

The golf game is still broken since the introduction of LIV GOLF in 2022, with the support of the General Investment Fund in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which witnessed players from the PGA and DP World tour in the new circle.

A framework for reunification of sports was signed in June 2023, but it has not yet been completed, leaving the golf players who are not qualified to offer the PGA round and reduce the frequency that players in the world can compete against each other.

Although the details remain limited to what may seem to be reunited in both circles.

PGA Jay Monohan Commissioner discusses the ongoing negotiations between them and the General Investment Fund in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which highlights Lev Golf, to unify the professional game of men

“As part of our negotiations, we believe that there is room to integrate the important aspects of LIV on the PgA Tour platform. We are doing everything we can to combine the two sides,” said Jay Monohn, PGA Commissioner.

“However, we will not do it in a way that reduces the strength of our platform or the real momentum that we have with our fans and partners. While we have removed some obstacles, others are still. But, like our fans, we still share the same sense of urgency to reach a decision.

“Our team is fully committed to monotheism. The only deal we regret is what shows the essence of making the golf game and the PGA round is very exceptional.”
