California AG poised to crush billion-dollar fantasy sports industry

California’s supreme legal authority is moving forward in a batch to rid Casino Games of Language.

KCRA-TV has reported that Prosecutor Rob Punta will make an opinion that would make all fictional sport platforms illegal in California.

Golden State is not the first American country to propose legislation that eliminates support or promotion of online casinos that operate in a lottery in a lottery.

Louisiana and New York submitted proposals on this topic, while Connecticut and Montana were laws that prohibit fictional sports operations online.
