Canada announces $21B in new US tariffs as trade war heats up

“We regret the unjustified US satisfaction with 25 % of steel and aluminum imports. The European Union will protect its consumers and companies,” the committee said in a statement. “We are launching counterfeit and proportional measures worth ($ 28 billion), and matching the economic impact of American definitions.”
