Arsenal need to sort out Lewis-Skelly’s contract

Arsenal has been urged to “sort” the noticeable contract position in the Emirates Stadium and avoid repeating the local competitor’s mistake.

In the last episode of “football” podcasts from the Guardian, Jonathan Wilson revealed that talks about a new deal with Miles Lewis-Skili did not advance smoothly, adding that Real Madrid is hovering as it seeks to respond.

Los Blancos Trent Alexander-Arnold is expected to sign a free transfer after the 26-year-old confirmed his exit from Liverpool this month the end of his contract, and the cannons may be at risk of losing their teenage talents in similar circumstances.

Wilson said: “They must sort the contract of Miles Lewis-Skili, which expires next summer. I think the talks are not going well, which I hear, and Real Madrid is a kind of inhalation there.

“Real Madrid, who wants to get the full back in the Premier League for free-can’t be almost imagined, right?”

Lewis-Skili was a rapid rise in Arsenal

The rapid rise in Louis-Skili was one of the high points in a disappointing season for Arsenal, who now went for five years without a cup and retreated from Liverpool in the Premier League title.

He was finally thrown at the first time when he appeared for the first time in the first Gunners in the 2-2 draw to Manchester City last September, and the 18-year-old scored recalling the 5-1 defeat in the reverse match after four months, and he also scored his first appearance in England in March.

The teenager campaign also included matches against Real Madrid and Paris Saint -Germain in the last stages of the Champions League, while Gary Neville and Jimmy Carager chose the best young player this season at their prizes at the end of the year on MNF at Sky Sports’ recently.

After seeing the repercussions of Alexander-Arnold from Liverpool this month, it would be wise not to allow them to happen to them with Louis-Skili, who will work more on stardom than to ensure a new contract.

Andrea Berta will, of course, have eyes on the summer transfer window where defenders are following great signatures like Benjamin Cisco, but attention must also be paid to linking their current assets in the face of attention from European giants such as Real Madrid.

Arsenal has multiple cases of contracts to sort it

Louis-Skili is not the only player in the Emirates Stadium, whose future was in the spotlight recently, with Arsenal presidents that Thomas Parti will sign a new contract in the coming weeks.

Whenever the duration of the 18 -year -old is without a solution, it appears that Los Blancos can start growing ideas in the teenager’s head if conversations continue in a new deal.
