Chris Eubank Jr admits he is in ‘uncharted territory’ with Conor Benn fight-day weight stipulation | Boxing News

Chris Yubank Junior admits that he goes to an “unknown area” with the weight condition on the day of the dead to waste with Connor Ben.
EUBANK and Benn meet at the Ring Magazine at Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday, live on the air Sky Sports Box Office.
The match was made in medium weights, the EUBANK section, where Benn moves from Welter.
But the amount of weight they can put after Friday’s weight is limited. The fighter cannot be more than 10 pounds on the maximum of 160 pounds.
EUBANK, who became a professional in 2011, was a long profession. But he did not deal with weight gain on the day of fighting.
An unknown area, confessed Sky Sports. “It is one of those things that when the challenge is placed in front of me, I am not ashamed of it. It raises me.”
EUBANK had many major battles in the middle of professionalism in Super-Maddle before returning to the 160-sized section. Staying in medium weight is still important.
“The real weight does not really come until the battle week for most fighters. It is difficult. I will not lie. It is not fun, it’s not nice. It is part of the sport that you should boil yourself to a certain weight,” he said.
“Add in the fact that I can not even drink as much as I want to add another element of discomfort, and hardship for what I face.
“But this is what we share. This is what we do as professional athletes. As fighters at the elite level, we must have these experiences, these adversity.
“I was doing it throughout my career, so I have no doubt that the weight will be made.”
He revealed: “I have no idea how my physical reaction is. It is something I haven’t done before.
“I usually put about 14 lbs after weight. In this case, I can only put on 10.
“So I have a decision,” I explain. “I can either restrict what I eat or drink until I can make the maximum for 10 pounds on the battle or put it as usual, until it reaches 14 pounds as usual and then cut weight per day.
“I don’t know anyone I will do. It will be a decision a day, yet I feel it will be the best for my body and spiritual at that moment. We’ll see.
He concluded that “I love doing things that I have not done before.” “I love doing things that people think I cannot do. I am dealing with this occasion and I will make weight.”
Will it do that?
George Grouvs, the former world champion of WBA, will be an expert in experts on Sky Sports Box Office broadcast.
Groves played many rounds with EUBANK during his career and fought in the Battle of the World title 2018 in Manchester Arena.
Grouves believes that EUBANK will not go out of its path due to weight -making problems with Benn.
“I don’t think EUBANK is a kind of man who cuts a lot [on the day of the fight]Grofes said Sky Sports.
“It doesn’t seem to have a shrinking and shrinking body type. I think it will be fine.”
Chris Iyubank will live against Connor Ben on Saturday, April 26th Sky Sports Box Office. Book now!
