The Ministry of Justice (Doj) sent an unprecedented letter to the Brazilian Supreme Court judge in May, which led to a warning from the judge to inform him of the American video platform that is taking from America to restrict the freedom of expression to the user on the soil of the United States, describing the orders as an international exceeding implementation.

Rumble, a famous US -based video sharing platform that is making censorship efforts that have been found repeatedly on video and other social media platforms, at an international battle center to protect freedom of expression that lasted months ago.

The Brazilian Supreme Court judge, Alexander de Mora, ordered the suspension of Venice in the country of South America in February due to the allegations that the American company did not comply with the orders of the court, including the removal of the accounts of a Brazilian man who lives in the United States and seeks to obtain political asylum.

“If you look at what is happening all over the world, it is clear that we live in a dangerous moment for anyone who believes in freedom of expression – a basic human right stipulated in the United States constitution, and it has been recognized globally, even by the United Nations,” told Rumble Pavlovsky’s CEO exclusively Fox News Digital on Tuesday after the May speech.

“The fact that Rumble has become a major player in this global battle for freedom of expression is the strong verification of our mission. We are proud to stand on the front lines of this effort and the gratitude that President Trump and his management made this battle a priority for foreign policy.”

Morris is now at the intersection of the United States government after the Ministry of Justice sent a message to it in May, when it has determined his international violation in American law that affects the first amendment, as well as Foreign Minister Marco Rubio reveals in a hearing in the Congress that the Brazilian judge may face US sanctions.

Morais had ordered the Rumble to remove a user from his primary system because he was accused of publishing wrong information online and is considered to be a fugitive in Brazil. Rumble rejected and threatened with financial penalties for lack of cooperation.

On May 7, the Ministry of Justice speech was argued that Mawis’s orders are not implemented in the United States

“These alleged directives to Rumble are made under the threat of monetary sanctions and other penalties,” says the message, signed by the official Doj ADA E. Bosque. “We do not take any position on the ability to implement various orders and other judicial documents that direct the democracy to work inside the lands of Brazil, which is the issue of a Brazilian law. However, to the extent that these documents direct tears to take specific measures in the United States, we recommend tenderness that these directives are not enforced in the United States.”

The Ministry of Justice did not have an additional comment to submit it when approaching the message on Tuesday.

Pavlovsky described Fox Digital that the message is “unprecedented” and draws a clear line for foreign countries that cannot try to thwart American laws and the first amendment.

“The US Department of Justice’s speech to a foreign judge regarding unprecedented control orders,” Pavlovsky said. “It draws a bright red line: foreign officials cannot issue control orders that violate the first amendment or bypassing American law. This type of abuses outside the regional borders does not correspond to American sovereignty. This is good news, not only for Americans, but for free societies everywhere.”

The message continued that there are existing channels of international legal procedures, which the Ministry of Justice said that the judge exceeded, and the Brazilian judge ordered the various appropriate measures that he could take regarding the orders of the court.

The restrictions imposed in foreign countries are hardly new, as the platform has been disabled in China, Russia and France, as well as Brazil. He has also received control demands in countries such as the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, but it maintained the goal of freedom of expression.

The speech of the Ministry of Justice comes as Rubio revealed in the hearing of the House of Representatives abroad in May that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is studying penalties against Morris under Magnitsky. The global accountability law for human rights in Magnitsky authorizes the US government to punish individuals abroad if they are determined by responsibility for human rights violations or corruption.

“We have seen widespread control and political persecution targeting the entire opposition, including journalists and ordinary citizens,” he asked Republican Representative Cori Mills Rubio in the hearing in May. “What they are doing now is the imminent prison and the political motives of former President Bolsonaro. This campaign has extended beyond the borders of Brazil, which affects individuals on the American soil.

A few days later, Rubio published to X that the Foreign Ministry will put forward the visa restrictions to the foreigners who found “complicit” in controlling the Americans.

For a long time, the Americans were fined, harassment, and even the foreign authorities accused them of exercising Freedom of expression rights, “ Rubio wrote on X. “Today, he announced a new policy to restrict the visa that will apply to foreign officials and people who are framed to control the Americans. Freedom of expression is necessary for the American way of life – the right of foreign governments has no authority.”

“Foreigners who work to undermine the rights of Americans with the concession of travel to our country should not enjoy,” Rubio added. “Whether in Latin America, Europe or anywhere else, the days of the negative treatment of those who undermine the rights of Americans have ended.”

Morris is also overseeing the upcoming trial of former Brazilian President Gere Bolsonaro, who is alleged to be trying to cancel the election results for 2022.

Brazilian President Louise Insio Lula da Silva criticized the United States to threaten the sanctions against Morris in the comment this week.

Fox News Digital communicated with Maurice’s office on Tuesday, but it did not receive a response immediately.
