Chelsea reach broad agreement with £61m “game-changer”

Although they may not really spend huge amounts of money in the last Windows, Chelsea is still busy in the market this summer.

As, the signatures of the Conference League champion are Joao Pedro, Liam Delap and Jamie Gittens, and Jorrel Hato is scheduled to be secured on any day now.
