Mike Tyson reveals why he is backing the ‘Congressional Fitness Challenge’

The same test requires operation or walking for one tendency, withdrawals, or a flexible arm, curls, shuttle centers, and sitting. Those who perform a good performance will be divided into gold, silver and bronze levels. The gold level will be at the age of eighty -eight, and it will cover the seventy -seventh percentage, and the bronze will be the top fifty, according to the legislation.

Tyson added that such actions give him hope in the future.

“I think this will improve, people will improve, and people want to become healthier. I only think so,” he said.

Tyson Transformational Technologies, a private school in Arizona, is part of the preparatory My Life International Academy, which has a campus in Florida and West Virginia as well. Academies are planning to face the challenge.

“I believe in this country and I think we will recover and we will be in good condition. We will be able to go to the army and defend our country,” said Tyson.
