Todd Leon, Acting Ice Director, pledged Boston’s flood with agents after Democratic Mayor Michel Woo doubled her pledge to support the city’s reserve policies and resist the Trump administration campaign for illegal immigration.

Speaking on the local radio program “The Howe Carr Show”, Lyon replied to Wu by saying, “Now you will see more ice agents come to Boston to make sure we are taking these public safety threats that she wants to return to societies.”

He referred to the “Patriot operation” of the Trump administration, which rose federal agents in the Boston region in March and resulted in more than a thousand arrests.

“We will continue to do this in Boston,” he said. “We will continue to do our mission. We will continue to make Boston safe because it fails to do the policies of this campus.”

It has been pressed whether ICE will rise to the Boston area, similar to how the agents are currently in Washington, DC. Lyon answered, “100 percent will see a greater existence of the ice.”

“We certainly, as I heard the saying, are overwhelmed by the area, especially in the states of the reserve,” continued. “It is clear that Boston and Massachusetts have decided that they want to stay with sanctuaries and that the haven does not mean that the safer streets, this means more criminal foreigners in the neighborhoods.”

Lyon noted that during the Patriot operation, ICE continued “targeted enforcement operations” for criminal foreigners issued by Boston and Massachusetts.

The Patriot operation resulted in the arrest of nearly 1500 illegal immigrants, including killers, rapists, drug dealers, and children’s predators.

Sources at ICE FOX News told 790 of their arrest have convictions or criminal charges, and 277 have final removal or deportation orders. The sources said that all the targeted criminals were wandering around the streets of Massachusetts, freely before their arrest.

The operation continued throughout May and Ice teams from other states participated in the northeast, as well as the authorities from the FBA, and ATF.

Speaking on Wednesday, Lyon said: “There are many of these foreigners who continue to release them to go out and commit more crimes that local law enforcement must deal with, and we can take it, as you know, a violent illegal violent foreigner outside the neighborhood.”

This is followed by US public prosecutor Bam Bondi, to set a deadline on Tuesday for resort’s authorities to drop their policies that prevent cooperation with federal authorities.

Speaking to Fox Business, Bondi said that she sent messages to 32 municipal mayors and seven governors, “They tell them to comply better or you are the next.”

Bondi highlighted a letter he sent to California Governor Gavin New Roiri, as she warned that “individuals who work under the color of law, using their official position to obstruct efforts to enforce federal immigration and facilitate or stimulate illegal immigration may be subject to criminal charges.”

The letter, which was shared on social media, said that cooperation between federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, including the implementation of immigration, said “a vital matter for federal law enforcement and the protection of national security.”

Wu publicly rejected Bondi’s demands during a press conference, describing the warning as a political trick.

“He stopped attacking our cities to hide your administration’s failures. Unlike the Trump administration, Boston followed the law,” Wu said on Tuesday. “This is our city. This is our country, and I am very proud and grateful to show the world where our society is here in Boston and what we have done.”

In response to Leon’s comments, Wu’s office shared a statement from the mayor who was answering another correspondent question. Wu reiterated, “In Boston, we adhere to and follow all laws, city, state and federal. We will not back down from societies that made us the most major city in the country.

She added: “This is a beautiful, varied, and not amazing city, and I now told her very directly. This administration needs to stop attacking cities to hide their own failures.”
