Economists tell the art of Lavir and Steve Moore, separating the state of the American economy during president Donald Trump’s era on “Kudlo”.
The American International Trade Court ruled on Wednesday that President Donald Trump has overcome his authority over the customs tariff under the IEEPA Economic Forces law (IEPA).
“The Constitution appoints the exclusive powers of“ setting and collecting taxes, duties, fees and media ”, and“ organizing trade with foreign countries. ”The question contained in the two known issues in court is whether the 1977 Economic Forces Law (“ IEPA ”) denies these powers to the president in the form of authority to impose unlimited tariffs on goods from almost every country in the world.
“The IEPA court does not read to grant such unlimited power and set aside the definitions that were challenged according to it,” the court continued.

Reuters reported that the Trump administration appealed the court’s decision.
The committee did not waste time in its decision, and the prosecutor’s initial requests to obtain temporary restless relief to reach the existing foundations, and the constituency of definitions and clarify them permanently from enforcement.
The committee wrote: “The court retains the previous reasons that IEPA does not allow any of the tariff orders all over the world, revenge or trafficking. Tariff orders all over the world and revenge that exceed any authority that the president gives by IEPA to regulate import through definitions,” the committee wrote. “The tariff of trafficking fails because it does not deal with the threats of those orders.

The Trump administration can appeal the decision of the US Supreme Court, but in the meantime, there will be uncertainty about what goods may be subject to definitions and how the administration interacts.
