Color Cresabin Audi made an unexpected visit to the court where Jess Stalli, former Barclays president, challenges the financial organizer of the United Kingdom because of the allegations that reduced its people with the perpetrator late Jeffrey Epstein.

Audi, who faces his own implementation lawsuit from the UK’s Financial Behavior Authority in a separate investigation, briefly entered the courtroom in London after the procedures ended on Thursday and spoke to a lawyer in Stallie.

Audi, who founded the Odey Asset Management, accuses them of multiple charges of sexual misconduct for decades. The financier is currently fighting a personal injury case in a civil court submitted by five of his alleged victims.

He has also issued a defamation demand against the Venanchel Times times, which have reported allegations that many women have made.

The appearance of Audi came after the four -day interrogation of Staley on the hot exchanges with the FCA lawyer. The high risk case included a testimony from the Governor of Bank of England Andrew Billy and Barclays Nigel Higgins.

The status of Stallie’s legal team did not expect a visit from Audi in court, according to one person who is aware of the situation.

Odey was warned by FCA last year that it aims to take action against it because his behavior after allegations of sexual behavior showed “lack of integrity”.

FCA does not achieve accusations of sexual misconduct against Audi. Instead, the International Energy Agency focuses on Audi’s response to his company’s attempts to deal with his alleged behavior.

Odey has the right to challenge the organizer’s decision, and it is not yet permanent. FCA said on Friday that it was still preparing for possible measures against Audi.

Odey refused to comment on FT about the reason for his visit to the courtroom in the Staley case. He did not respond to a later request for a comment on the FCA probe. Staley’s lawyer refused to comment on Odey’s back.

Stallie, 68, is trying to cancel a ban and a fine that FCA was imposed on him by allegedly allowing the Partlets to mislead the organizer about his relationship with the late sexual crimes in the 2019 letter from the bank. The message described the husband’s relationship as not close.

Epstein died in the prison cell earlier that year, pending a trial for sex trafficking. He previously admitted that he was guilty in Florida on charges of charges, including a minor contact.

During his fifth and last day of the certificate, Stallie told the court that his career “ended” with the message, which FCA said he agreed to.

He said, “I have not been able to work since then.”

His lawyer interrogated him, Stallie said he had to deal with Epstein’s “case” while he was one of the largest financial institutions in the United Kingdom.

Barclays described it as a “bad place” before his appointment as CEO in 2015.

“He failed to meet the requirements of the organizers,” said Stallie. It is clear that he failed to meet the expectations of the shareholders. She had legal issues, had structural issues, and had morale issues. “

He said that the bank’s heart took “an extraordinary amount of time, effort and emotion.”

“While we had this issue. No one should miss for one second that I was doing all this while I was running and trying to fix a major British institution.”
