Cruz accuses Biden admin of using autopen to violate constitutional pardon rules

Cruz said: “Everyone who participates in this process – government officials claim to issue a pardon, the person who is granted, and the judicial person and law enforcement officials should have, and most importantly, absolute confidence is that the amnesty was granted in the explicit direction of the president.”

But recent reports and continuous investigations into congress raised doubts about whether Biden was explicitly directed to the ice collapse of the amnesty at the end of his presidency.

Cruz’s speech comes in the wake of a report from Axios that discovered emails that showed that Biden officials raised fears of how the president’s team decided to make some pardon and frequent use of anatomy.
