Republican introduces BIDEN Act to ban autopen for some presidential signatures

Deputy Edison McCdwell, RN.C, presented a draft law that declares that it is not permissible to sign the sabotage bills, executive orders, amnesty, and stagnation only by the president, and the automated pilot may not be used.
This procedure is called “the ban on uncommon directives and the executive law of 2025”, or Biden’s law.
The current draft law will be amended to add: “Despite this section or any other ruling on the law, no person other than the president may legally sign a draft law, executive order, amnesty or mitigation, and it may not be used on the automatic signature device, including the autopsy, for this purpose.”
