Harvard University submitted a modified complaint with the Federal Court on Thursday, on the pretext that the Trump administration’s decision to ban entry to foreign students with F and J visas if they were planning to attend the IVY are unconstitutional.
More than 7000 Harvard students carry F-1 or J-1 visas. Without these certificates, they cannot study, teach research or conduct research in the United States, and the embargo also affects their families and their Excellency.
According to the university lawsuit, the announcement “lacks any legal basis” and does not apply to any wide range of immigrants.
“It is permissible for non -immigrants to enter the country unabated, as long as they do not attend Harvard,” the complaint said.

Harvard University argues that the procedure does not target a “category of foreigners”, but instead it secretes students who are connected to Harvard University, describing it as “government revenge” instead of conducting national security.
In April, a federal work team led by the Trump administration sent a list of demands, including the ideological examination of students and faculty members, and “diversity of view” in employment and admission, and punishing student activists groups.
The administration also called for foreign financing sources for Harvard University and allowing government control over internal policies.
When Harvard University refused, the government froze $ 2.2 billion of research financing. Trump later posted on the social truth that Harvard should lose his tax -exempt status if it continues to “pay the radical ideology”. In another publication, the employment school accused “wake up, the radical left, the idiots” and claimed that it was no longer a wonderful university.

The Ministry of Internal Security canceled the SEVP Certificate (Student visitor and Stock Exchange) Harvard after a few days, which allows the school to sponsor international students, but a federal judge prevented this decision.
Harvard University now says that the administration is using Trump’s advertisement to do what the courts have already stopped.
The government claims that Harvard has failed to provide full information about international students, but the university says it has provided all the required records under the law and that cancellation is an excuse.
The university said in a file on Thursday: “There is no legal justification for the unprecedented government measures.”
The modified complaint also reveals that Harvard is represented by Robert Hor, the former special advisor who had an interview with former President Joe Biden.

The Minister of Circle, the Ministry of National Security, Tricia McLeulin, responded to the lawsuit by saying, “She seeks to ride the established authorities from the president under Article Two. It is a privilege, not a right, for universities to register foreign students.
“The Trump administration is obligated to restore the common sense of our student visa system; there is no lawsuit, another, or another, it will change that. We have law, facts, and a good sense of our part.”
