China’s CATL claims to have overtaken BYD on 5-minute EV battery charging time

CATL has unveiled the upgraded battery cells, which claims can provide faster charging for electric cars from their BYD rival, putting the two Chinese groups in an industry race to solve the main bottle cervical to move from gasoline vehicles.
