Democrat city council sues mayor for allowing ICE into major American prison

The Democratic Control City Council in New York City is sustaining the mayor of Eric Adams for its cooperation with the Trump administration by allowing ICE to conduct immigration investigations in Rikeers Island Prison.

The city council requests the court to announce an executive order from the mayor’s office that allows the ice to enter the island of Rikeers “illegal, empty, and invalid.”

The lawsuit was filed in the Supreme Court in New York on Tuesday. In the lawsuit, the City Council accuses Adams of engaging in illegal “Quid Pro Quo” with the Trump administration by allowing the ice to enter the city’s prison in exchange for federal corruption charges against him.

The lawsuit claims that Adams, who is running for his re -election as independent goals, gave priority to his political goals on “the laws of precious sanctuary in the city”, describing the executive system “poisoned fruit for the mayor’s deal with the Trump administration.”

The “purchase price” – which was previously agreed upon and is now presented – is the safety and welfare of immigrant societies and all New York residents reserve their rights under the laws of valuable resort in our city. “

In the case in the lawsuit, it is an executive order signed by the Vice -President of New York City Municipality, Randy Master, last week allowing federal immigration authorities to operate an office on Rikeers to help in conducting criminal investigations into drug trafficking, organized violence and the activity of migrant gangs that the city suffers from.

It states that the safety of the New York residents has been at risk by violent national gangs such as MS-13 and Tren de Aragua- assigned gangs as foreign terrorist organizations by the Trump administration-and there is a decisive need to enforce federal law to exchange intelligence “actual time” with the city’s reform administration.

This allows the federal law enforcement agencies with intelligence participation with the Correction Department and NYPD on the activity of criminal gangs between individuals inside and outside the reservation.
