Denny’s CEO asks potential hires these questions at the interview—if they can’t answer, it’s an immediate red flag

Fortunately, even during the era of AI’s interviews, there are still ways to adhere to the crowd.

When she was asked about what her red flags are in employment, Kelly Valde, CEO of Dini, noticed that she was asking applicants about some important questions.

One of the signs you are looking for, comes at the end of the interview, when you ask: What questions do you have for me?
