DMN Group unveils two senior hires

The DMN group, a vehicle movement and fleet inspection services, has announced two higher leadership dates after the company’s growth period, according to a press statement.
Gary Xuereb has been appointed Managing Director of DMN fleet services. In this role, it will supervise the daily operations of what the company describes as a “rapid expansion section”. Xuereb served as collective commercial manager.
Xuereb replacement, Maria McDonald (formerly Affiri) was promoted to the collective commercial director. She rises from her role as a DM Rapid Logistics account and will now lead the group’s commercial strategy. The company says it brings with its “components centered around customers” from its previous publication, which puts it in a strategic growth situation throughout the work.
These changes come as DMN Group continues to take advantage of modern acquisitions, including specialized logistics (SVL) and the distribution of JLL vehicles. Integrating both companies “bringing improved synergy” for DMN operations.
In particular, the distribution of JLL vehicles has reported standard results of vehicle movements and revenues in 2025, with contracts, customer and employees. Meanwhile, SVL integration with DMN’s IT systems helped secure new customers and “unexpected growth”.
The demand continues to rise through the services of the DMN fleet, especially for service, maintenance and repair (SMR), Mots and Bodyshop services. The company witnessed an increase in the workforce through a third, which prompted the need for what it calls “reinforced administration, guidance and support”.
Commenting on the appointments, the administrative director of the DMN Nick Chadaway Group said that the work is “prosperous”, adding: “The whole thing is due to our operations and people.” He said that both Xuereb and McDonald “know the business, the sector, and the company from the inside out”, and it is in an ideal position to lead DMN in the next stage of growth.
