The Ministry of Justice (Doj) filed a complaint against Texas to prevent the two -year -old state law, which provides tuition fees within the state to illegal immigrants.
The complaint was submitted on Wednesday in the northern province of Texas against Texas and many Texas officials to obtain Texas to comply with federal requirements.
Under Federal Law, higher education institutions are prohibited from providing advantages to illegal foreigners who have not been provided to American citizens.
The Ministry of Justice complaint aims to cancel the application of the Texas Law, which requires colleges and universities to provide study rates within the state to immigrants who maintain the residence in Texas, regardless of whether they are in the United States law.

According to Doj, the laws in Texas are strictly inconsistent with federal law, which puts it in a conflict with the condition of superiority in the United States constitution.
“Under Federal Law, schools cannot provide benefits to illegal foreigners who do not provide them to American citizens,” said Public Prosecutor Bam Bondi. “The Ministry of Justice will fight unabated to prove federal law and ensure that American citizens such as second -class citizens are not treated anywhere in the country.”
The lawsuit was filed in response to two executives signed by president Donald Trump since his return to the Oval Office in January.

Executive orders have been signed to ensure that illegal immigrants are unable to obtain the advantages of taxpayers or preferential treatment.
One of the orders, “ending the taxpayer support for the open border”, ordered all agencies with “a guarantee, to the maximum extent permitted by the law, that there are no advantages of financing from taxpayers to unqualified foreigners.”
The other thing, “protecting American societies from criminal foreigners”, directs officials to “take appropriate measures to stop the enforcement of the laws of states and localism, regulations, policies, and practices that foreigners prefer any groups of American citizens who possess illegal, or do not exceed them by federal laws.

When children born outside the United States graduated from secondary schools in Texas, it was required of these students to pay a higher rate for colleges or public universities in Texas, as if they were outside the state or were international students.
The legislation, which was signed by the governor of the state, Rick Perry, a Republican, June 16, 2001, removed the state of federal immigration as a factor in determining the eligibility to pay the tuition fees in the state of Texas and universities for students who graduate from a secondary school in Texas and who benefit the minimum standards, academics and registration.
