After the return of Democratic legislators in Texas on Monday after the state’s evacuation for two weeks, President Donald Trump urged the state’s legislative body to move quickly to pass a bill to re -divide the controversial circles, saying: “Please pass this map, as soon as possible.”

In the midst of a crowded day meeting with Ukrainian President Folodimir Zelinsky and European leaders, Trump urged Texas leaders to act quickly, and to write in a social publication in fact that the draft law to divide the circles is “one of the most popular initiatives that it has ever supported.”

Texas Governor Greg Abbott thanked Lieutenant Dan Patrick, Speaker of parliament Dustin Buroz and the Legislative Commission in Texas for their “great work.”

“The legislators in the Republican State in the Great State of Texas, which I love, won three times, including 6.4 million votes in 2024 (to a large extent the largest number of votes in history!), I just submitted a new bill for a large and beautiful Kongros map!” Trump wrote.

“It is great to see Republicans everywhere standing to save our country. It is one of the most popular initiatives that I have ever supported,” adding, “Republicans love to watch us for a great issue. Please pass this map, as soon as possible.

This comes after a two -week confrontation between the Republican leaders in Texas and dozens of members of the Democratic Assembly in Texas who fled the state in efforts to deprive the legislative body of the quorum necessary to pass a draft law to re -divide the tramp, which is likely to give the Republican Party an additional five seats in Congress. After the Democrats fled, Abbott and other leaders pledged not to retreat and threaten to remove it from his post and arrest them.

For their part, AWOL Democrats pledged not to return until another democratic state moved to the “abolition” of the new Republican seats of Texas. Democrats also pledged that they would not return to Texas until the special legislative session, which the ruler called for to pass the draft law to re -divide the departments, in addition to other priorities.

The special session ended on Friday; However, Abbott called a second special session, which started immediately. The Senate has already voted in Texas to pass this procedure.

Meanwhile, the legislative body in California has returned to a session in Sacramento, and Democrats in both rooms will agree to re-divide the departments proposed by the Democratic Congress Campaign Committee-which would create up to five other regions in the left-wing Congress at the expense of the Republican minority-by the end of this week.

California Governor Gavin New week announced that California voters will receive a vote in November regarding whether the state’s constitutional amendment will be canceled to allow the Legislative Council to move forward in plans to redress the circles.
