Emile Bove strongly criticized, and President Donald Trump was “followers” or “enforcement” during the Senate hearing on Wednesday, focusing on his candidacy by Trump to be a federal judge.

Pov, a senior official in the Ministry of Justice (Doj), who is competing to fill in a lifelong role in the Court of Appeal in the third district, said that the reports of the media drew “inaccurate cartoons” for him.

“I am not a follower of anyone. I am not alone,” said Bouv, referring to the descriptions used in the main headlines. “I am a lawyer from a small town that you did not expect to be in a yard like this.”

Pova worked as a major lawyer on Trump’s personal defense team during the four criminal prosecutions of the president. Before that, he led the cases of drug trafficking and terrorism during his contract as a public prosecutor in the southern region of New York.

However, Pova’s massive behavior and controversial decisions when joining the leadership of the Ministry of Justice, which included the refusal of corruption charges in New York City Eric Adams, and a warning against employees’ procedures for FBI employees who worked on cases on January 6, brought the increasing scrutiny to his candidacy to the strong before the court.

Overcoming a series of reports that examined these differences was a demand for those whose violations were required on Tuesday, one day before the BOVE nomination session.

Inviring violations, Erez Revini, a 15 -year -old veterans for the administration, who was separated this year due to the imagined rebellion, warned Bouf during an internal meeting that the lawyers of the Ministry of Justice may need to say “and”.

Democrats in the Senate, who have widely objected to the filter of Bove, the candidate regarding the claim, noting that the tight court orders were unconstitutional and uncharacious. Pova said he had never recommended anyone to challenge the orders of the judges.

“I did not suggest that there will be any need to think about ignoring the courts’ orders. At this meeting, there were no court orders,” Pov said.

He repeated the Chef of the Creded Credit several times, and asked whether Bouv said that regarding the courts.

“I do not remember,” Pov said.

“You just don’t remember it,” Chef answered incredibly.

Other Democrats pressed Bouv on the Adams epic, which in February led a handful of high -ranking Ministry of Justice employees who resign in protest against Bouv’s order that they refuse to charge the federal corruption of the mayor. Ultimately, the judge dropped the charges of Adams at the request of Pova, but not before he raised the prison of the Ministry of Justice to give “inconsistent” justifications for his desire to drop the case.

Lawyers developed with Bouv’s lawyers of demanding the courts of Bove denied this claim when pressed.

“The suggestion that there is a kind of Quid Pro Quo was just a simple mistake,” Pov said.

Despite the concerns and concerns of the Democrats expressed by some defense lawyers who said they had negative experiences with the candidate, Bouv has some loyal supporters. Republican members of the Republican Senate have expressed opposition at this stage, a sign that it can be confirmed in the end, albeit tight.
