DWTS’ Cheryl Burke Slams Body Shamers After Ozempic Diss
Cheryl Burke Open to constructive criticism – but not when it comes in the form of blatant body shaming.

In her Instagram video, Burke added that she appreciates feedback whether it’s “amazing, beautiful messages” or “constructive criticism” but has put a stop to hateful comments based on her appearance.
“I know I did the best I could with the information I had and what I saw in real time, and for people who think body shaming is okay, especially in front of your kids, that sends a strong message about what you value,” she said.
The dancer continued: “This is clearly not being kind. I was simply doing my job as a judge again, providing feedback based on almost 20 years of my life, and if my score was different from the other judges, it was by one point. I have dedicated my whole life to being a ballroom competitor.”
Burke went on to urge people who make body-shaming statements, especially in front of children, to think about the impact they are having.
“And you know, you don’t have to agree with my criticism, but you do have to realize the impact your words have on the next generation watching you. If that’s the example you choose to set, then please, I beg you, take my name off it.”
