Education Department finds George Mason violated Title VI with DEI practices

The Ministry of Education announced on Friday that George Mason University violated the sixth chapter of the Civil Rights law of 1964 by using illegal diversity, shares and integration practices.

The Ministry of Civil Rights Office of the Ministry opened an investigation into the employment practices and promotion of the institution last month after a complaint submitted by many of its professors who claimed that the preferential treatment was given to potential and current faculty members of the “representative” representative groups of “anti -hostility”.

The statement should also be shown prominently on the university’s website and any violating data must be removed, according to the proposed decision.

The university will need to agree to review any policies and documents used in the process of employment, employment, promotion and possession, and it must remove any provisions that require or encourage the use of race as a worker in these practices.

The federal government also said that George Masson should have an annual training for anyone involved in these practices to confirm that he will not give preferences on the basis of race.

In addition, the institution must make the records that clarify the compliance of the agreement available to the government upon request.

George Masson’s failure to agree to the proposed decision may lead to a loss of federal funds.
