DOJ accuses Rep McIver of assaulting federal agents during ICE facility visit

The Ministry of Justice accused Representative Lamonica McCaver of assaulting two federal agents at the Dylani Hall detention in New Jersey last month, according to a new shipping document.

The document quotes Bodycam footage of law enforcement officers who recorded events in the name of Mciver and two other legislators in New Jersey stormed the ICE facility. Prosecutors say that the first officer McVer, who assaulted him was an investigation agent in Internal Security and the second was a snow agent.

The Ministry of Justice accuses MCIVER of “criticized its help in the body of the united HSI client and continued with him and tried to curb the customer by seizing it by force.”

The shipping document also states that Mciver “pushed an ice officer and used its hour to strike the agent by force.”

McVer refused the charges in a general statement, on the pretext that it was “purely political.”

“Earlier this month, I joined my colleagues to inspect the treatment of ice detainees in Dylani Hall in my area,” she wrote. “We were denying our legal responsibilities in supervision, as members of congress did several times before, and our visit should have been peaceful and short. Instead, ice agents created an unnecessary and unsafe confrontation when they chose to arrest the mayor Park.”

And she continued: “The charges against me are purely political – it controls and distorted my actions, and aims to criminalize legislative supervision and deterioration.” “This administration will never prevent me from working for people in our region and to determine what is right. I am grateful for the support that I received and I look forward to the truth that we clearly put in court.”

The legislators of the “storming” of the ice attachment say, they say that the Trump administration “is lying at all levels.”

Prosecutors say that MCIVER helped create a “human shield” and prohibited agents from the Mayor of Newark Ras Barka after he ignored many warnings to leave the property and was told that he would be arrested.

When HSI agent told the mayor that he would arrest him, Makver intervened and shouted, “Hell no! Hell no! Hell no!” According to the shipping document.

Then HSI Agent Baraca ordered his hands behind his back and width his handcuffs. Prosecutors say that McGever and other members of Congress “surrounded the mayor and prevent HSI from subscribing to the hands and took it into reservation.”
