Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy claims Democrats ignored report about FAA

Transport Minister Sean Duffy summoned the Biden administration for allegedly neglecting a government agency report on the bad situation in the air traffic control system.

In the X Publishing on Tuesday, Duffy participated in a report published by the US Government Accountability Office (GAO) entitled “Air traffic control: There is an urgent need for FAA procedures to update aging systems.” The report was published on September 24, 2024.

“A government control authority warned of Biden & Buttigieg of the failed air traffic control system,” Davi wrote.

“Look at this report. They knew that the air traffic control system was tense and did nothing!”

Duffy went to say he was working with President Donald Trump to update the regime.

He concluded by saying: “By working with Potus, we will do what no administration does: Hold the new ATC system completely.”

In the clip highlighted by Dove, the report indicated that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) “was slow to update some of the most important and dangerous systems.”

The report said: “Specifically, when looking at age, sustainability classifications, the level of operational impact, and the expected date of modernization or replacement for each system, as of May 2024, FAA 17 had a special disturbing system,” the report said.

“The 17 systems range from at least two years to up to 50 years, and cannot be tolerated, and it is decisive for the safety and efficiency of the national airspace.”

Duffy’s comments came amid many chaotic events related to the American air area in recent days. The Newark Liberty International Airport, a major travel center in the New York City area, has suffered hundreds of delay and cancellation since last week.

On Monday, a cursed report found that FAA air traffic controllers in Philadelphia lost radar and radio signals for a short period while directing the aircraft to the Newark Airport last week.

Duffy appeared on “The Story Story” for the Fox News channel on Tuesday to discuss developments, and the host MARTHA Maccallum told that the last presidential administration was aware of the issues.

“It was not horrific for Jo Biden and was not shocking to the Betigij house,” Dofi said. “They knew that we had an old system. They saw Gao’s report saying it was about to fail.”

The government official went on to say he is planning to submit legislation to congress on this issue soon.

“[In January] I started drilling in FAA and realized that it was not just a small part of the infrastructure. “It was the entire infrastructure that had to be built the new brand,” Davi explained. “So I have developed a plan. I spoke to the president. He signed the plan.”
