‘Every court has ruled against you’: Justice Kagan snaps at Trump lawyer in major case

Judge Elena Kagan, the United States’ General Assembly of the United States, over the practical aspects of completing comprehensive orders on Thursday, is a major corresponding point in a monitoring case in which related citizenship and the authority of the lower courts to judge against the executive branch.

Kagan pressed Sauer on Thursday on the practical aspects of completing comprehensive orders and how the Supreme Court should be assigned to manage the minimum challenge of the court’s challenges.

She also indicated that the Trump administration “lost uniform” in the lower court cases on “objective question” in dealing with the newly born citizenship.

“If you are in your shoes, there is no way I will approach the court with this case!” Kagan mocked.

After trying to answer, she replied, “This is not hypothetical – this happens there.”

Judges in the Supreme Court in April approved hearing the case, which focuses on three lower courts that issued national orders earlier this year, preventing the CEO of President Donald Trump on nationality in the field of birth.

It is re -imposed the fourteenth amendment to the automatic American citizenship for children born in the United States if their mother is illegally or temporarily present in the country, and if their father is neither an American citizen nor a permanent legal resident at the time of birth. Trump’s procedure is still suspended in the country, pending the intervention of the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court’s decision here can have sweeping national effects, and a precedent that would affect more than 310 federal cases that have challenged the procedures of the White House since Trump’s second presidency began on January 20, 2025, according to the analysis of Fox News.
