Chelsea won three times on Sunday, hosting the FA Cup for women to its WSL and Women’s Cup.

Investment and promotion

A clearer and most clear answer. With a major investment, Chelsea built a band that can compete on multiple fronts.

It is something Chelsea coach, Sonya Bombastor, is also keen to see in England – the presence of a better team that pushes it more.

“It is important to invest in most of the women’s game because I think if you have more competition, you are able to do better,” she said after winning the FA Cup.

“This is what we want and what we need to be a better team. We want to be at the top of the league and bring everyone with us. This is what we want to achieve, but we need other teams to invest and come with us.”

Determining experience as well as quality

One of the fall of Man UTD in the FA Cup final was the mistakes that allowed Chelsea to score two late goals. I offered the viability of the blues, and a touch of naivety on the small side of Skinner.

Although talented players are important, this does not always translate into a different league. Experience at the highest level can be extremely important, and the budget of these two sides is vital.

Work with the current players

Although the investment is essential, it is impossible – and not wise – changing an entire team, especially when they still have high -quality players.

There should also be a focus on training and mentality, and as Skinner puts it, “maximizing” the talent they already have – finding that additional or two per cent can make a big difference.

Chelsea is used for the finals every season and winning matches in the harshest moments. Whenever the other teams around them compete on the same fronts, the more they can move in the same positions in the future.

“I must find the Manchester United road in the summer,” Skinner said. “We have to increase what we have. Our players must return, stronger, stronger, and more aggressive. We have to focus more and control the controls.

“I will not rest during the summer. I must find a way in which we can close this type of gap. I must find small excerpts here and there can make us better.

“Chelsea was physically better than us [in the final]And that’s something I must look at as well.

“I will look specifically to the place where I think the players have reached, as some may need to go forward, some may need to stay, and who will grow. I need space now to do so.”

Chelsea is still chasing the Women’s Champions League

Despite all their “invincible” achievements, and their team’s depth and quality, there is one cup that calms Chelsea – the Women’s Champions League.
