The FBI has hidden the extent of what some legislators called an anti -Catholic operation that targeted the church pioneers during the Biden administration, although the then -then -agency director tells congress that the matter was limited to one note 2023, according to the documents issued on Tuesday.

Senator Chuck Grassley, R-LOWA, who is the Chairman of the Senate Judicial Committee, has released documents that he said shows that the FBI is participating in the investigation of traditional Catholics. During his term, WRAY described the matter as part of a memorandum prepared by the FBI in Richmond, Virginia.

“I am determined to reach the bottom of the Richmond Memorandum, and the FBI’s contempt for control in the last administration,” Grasley said in a statement. “I look forward to continuing to work with you to restore the FBI to excellence and once again prove that justice can be managed in a fair and equal manner, blind if we are democratic, Republican, believers or non -believers.”

In a message on Tuesday to the FBI director Cash Patel, Grassley presented his findings with the expression of frustration with dealing with the agency for a “anti -Catholic” memorandum under Ray and its alleged lack of transparency. Rayi told Congress that the memo was a single producer by one field office.

Despite WRAY allegations that the memo was one product, the FBI found 13 additional documents for the FBI and five FBI attachments that used the “traditional, extremist Catholic” terms and cited the South Poverty Center (Splc).

The FOX News Digital Bureau told the FBIs that he had received Grassley but refused to comment more.

During his testimony to legislators, WRAY did not reveal the presence of a second black product on the same topic.

“It was a producer from a field office, which, of course, we have scores and dozens of these products, and when we discovered that, we took action,” said Ray.

The memo became known when one of the amounts brought it to the amount. Certainly, the memo, titled “The Interest of Extreme Extremism, is racist or ethnic in an extremist Catholic ideology, presented new opportunities to relieve”, and directed immediate criticism from Republicans, who demanded immediate answers from the agency.

Grassley said that the second FBI memorandum formulated by the Richmond FBI to distribute the office repeated the baseless link between the traditional Catholicism and violent extremism, noting that it was never published due to a violent reaction after the general disclosure of the first note.

The new documents issued by Grassley show that Richmond’s note has been distributed to more than 1,000 FBI employees worldwide. An email exchange shows the Federal Bureau of the Federal Investigation Office in Bovalo, New York, expressing their concerns about the hate sets set by the Splc, mentioned in the Richmond Memorandum, which was in its field of responsibility.

Grassley said that the FBI relied on “deep -biased sources” used in the memo.

“These messages focused on preparing, publishing the memo, and using biased sources such as the Center for the Southern Poverty law, and then, the FBI’s misleading representation of Congress, including those of the former director WRY”, was written.
