Federal appeals judge blocks Trump’s plan to end birthright citizenship in US

On Friday, the Federal Appeal Judge banned president Donald Trump’s plan to end the opinion of the country’s children illegally or temporarily.
The American boycott judge, Liu Sorokin, has spent the country’s stomach matter regarding the Trump administration’s efforts to end the newly born citizenship he issued this year and that he was granted for more than ten states that could stand.
Sorokin said that the ruling was an exception to the US Supreme Court’s decision, which limits the ability of the lower courts to issue judicial orders at the country. The case is expected to return to the Supreme Court.
The federal judge prohibits the prohibition of citizenship in Trump’s infants for all infants, and testing the lower court powers

Sorokin wrote in his decision, “Trump and Administration has the right to follow their interpretation of the fourteenth amendment, and there is no doubt that the Supreme Court will eventually settle the question.”
The Trump administration has argued that children born in the United States illegally and believing in the country are not subject to the jurisdiction, “and therefore they are not entitled to obtain citizenship.
Trump signed the executive order of the born citizenship, along with a large number of other orders, on his first day in his post in January.

On Wednesday, the San Francisco -based Appeals Court confirmed the bombs of the minimum court in the country, and earlier this month, a federal judge in New Hampshire issued a ruling prohibiting Trump’s executive order to apply to the country level in a new collective lawsuit.
Sorokin did not agree to the Trump administration’s argument that the Supreme Court ruling justifies a narrower ruling.

Prosecutors in the collective lawsuit argued that Trump’s executive order is unconstitutional because the fourteenth amendment guarantees the birth of birth, and also threatens millions of dollars in the state’s funding for “basic” basic health insurance services on the state of citizenship.
