Federal judge orders Mahmoud Khalil deported for green card fraud

Federal immigration judge, Mahmoud Khalil, ordered the deportation to Algeria or Syria after he ruled that he had hidden information about the green card request in the United States.

Judge Jamie issued a September 12 Resolution in Louisiana and said that Khalil did not reveal his training period with the United Nations Relief and Business Agency (UNRWA) and relations with Colombia University of the apartheid, a hostile alliance for the campus.

The court files that were canceled on Wednesday and the publication of the American Civil Liberties Union also showed that Koman indicated that the activity relations are essential to its ruling.

Khalil’s request for relief denied, and she wrote that the omissions were deliberate and constituted the reasons for removing.

The federal authorities argue that Khalil’s distortions involve sensitive political affiliations and increase national security concerns and foreign policy.

Khalil, a permanent legal resident, was arrested by the enforcement of immigration and customs (ICE) on March 8 in his apartment in Manhattan.

He spent more than three months in detention in Louisiana before his release in June, when the American boycott judge, Michael Varbarars, spent the risk of flying and no danger to the public.

Farbiarz also prevented Khalil’s temporary removal while reviewing his claim that the government’s actions were a revenge on protected political speech.

Khalil’s legal team confirmed on Wednesday that they are planning to appeal the decision of the Immigration Appeal Council. They frame the case as a broader battle for civil rights.

“It is not surprising that the Trump administration will continue to take revenge against the practice of freedom of expression,” Khalil said in a statement. “Their recent attempt, through the kangaroo migration court, reveals their true colors again.”
