Fight.ID and UFC Expand Web3 Collaboration to Grow Global Fan Engagement

Fightfi, the company behind Fight.id, a Web3 enabling platform designed for martial athletes and athletes, has announced an expanded partnership with UFC, the world’s leading mixed combat arts organization. Cooperation aims to enhance the participation of digital fans in UFC through the continuous development of Blockchain products and expertise.

Fight.id, the official partner of UFC Strike Digital, uses Blockchain infrastructure to fill the gap between the UFC global fans base and the increasing ecosystem. The company’s road map includes the development of an ID and digital loyalty system, a mechanism for a group of awards to support additional combat bonuses, and the exclusive excellent goods line of the battle ecosystems.

To support the next stage of its platform, Fight.id closed a new financing round. Among the institutional participants are Anthos Capital, Aptos, Aquanow Ventures, Fabric VC, JuPiter and Memeland. The tour also includes owners of sports and entertainment industries. Among the prominent sports supporters are UFC Gilbert Burns, Josh Emmett, Dan Ige, Vicente Luque, Eric Nicksick, Alexandre Pantoja and Gregory Rodrigues. Among the additional investors Craig Kalman, the chief music staff in the Atlantic Music Collection; Baron Davis veteran in the American Professional League; NFL Pro Bowler Cam Jordan; And Yat Siu, Chairman of Animoca Board of Directors.

Revenues from the tour will be used to build a set of digital products that include Web3 functions such as ownership of digital assets, programmed rewards, and the improved user interaction. These offers will be in line with the basic guidelines of the battle.

“UFC has always adopted the first innovation mentality. James and his team have proven to be a dynamic and innovative partner for us, and we are very excited to support the battle,” said Grant Norris, Vice president of Global Partnerships at TKO.

Fight.id team has participated in the development of UFC digital holdings over the past three years. The new cooperation will expand the scope of this work to involve a broader segment of the combat sports community.

“With our world continues to become more digital, there is no time better than now to invest in Blockchain projects. There is also no better time to become UFC fans where MMA continues to capture our cultural age,” said James Chang, co -founder of Fight.id. “As fans of the fighting, we have long liked measles and innovation in UFC. Over the past three years, our teams have developed incredible confidence and cooperation behind building official UFC digital holdings. It is now time to expand our offers to invite all fighting fans to join Tribe of Digital Conversal.”
