He asked the Public Prosecutor in Florida supreme court On Monday, to allow her to move forward in the implementation of the controversial migration law that seeks to criminalize the arrival or re-introduction of illegal immigrants to the state-while escalating in another tight screaming focusing on immigration between the Trump administration and immigration advocates.

Florida Prosecutor James Uthamier asked the judges in the Supreme Court to intervene immediately and allow the state to implement the 4C Senate Bill, or the Florida Law that seeks to criminalize the arrival of unconventional immigrants who have been previously deported, or who were previously rejected to enter the United States

This law was banned earlier this year by a federal judge in Miami. The eleventh court of Appeal of the American Department also rejected the removal of the Zarbis, which paves the way for Uthmeier to request relief in emergency cases from the Supreme Court.

On Monday, Uthmeier urged the judges, contrary to the federal court, which he described as harmful to both governmental and national interests.

“Illegal immigration continues to cause chaos in the state during [the] “The law cannot be implemented.”

Absolutely absent, the Supreme Court intervened, Othmani has argued that Florida and its citizens “will remain disabled of combating the serious damage to illegal immigration for years as this litigation continues through the minimum courts.”

The request comes after the American boycott judge, Cathlein Williams, issued a judicial order earlier this year, preventing Florida from law enforcement, which she described as unconstitutional, and contradicts the current federal laws.

This failed to persuade Judge Williams.

Williams, one of the appoinals in Obama, took the extraordinary step of starting the procedures of contempt against UTHMEIEIER earlier this month for claiming its violation of its judiciary and allowing the police to make arrests under the law.

Meanwhile, Othmieer argued on Monday that the Supreme Court must intervene and reflect the minimum rulings of the court, which he described in his appeal as a measure “designed to protect victims of violence, drugs and trafficking in the future.”

“Without the intervention of this court, Florida and its citizens will remain disabled from the fight against the serious damage of illegal immigration for years, as this litigation continues in the lower courts,” he said.

It is not clear whether the Supreme Court will take the case.
