FordDirect partners with Podium for AI-powered dealer conversations with customers

Podium, a behalf of the Acting Customer participation tools, announced that the AI BDC solution is now formally in a program with Forddirect, the American business unit in Ford that supports American traders in data analyzes and other marketing support.
