The position of the former Democratic mayor in Houston, Texas, is appointed on a fundraising platform after a campaign to help “legal support” was created after her comments on social media about the 27th Girls race from the Mystic camp who died in Hill Control floods last week.
In the video, Sade Perkins said that the camp “is a Christian camp for girls only” that does not even contain an Asian symbol “or” a symbolic black person “.
I have neglected to mention the races of more than 200 others missing or dead as a result of the floods in multiple Texas provinces.
“It is a white Christian camp only conservative,” Perkins said in the video. “It does not mean that we do not want to find girls, whatever missing girls … but you believe better, especially in the political climate today, if this is a group of Latin girls … this will not get this type of coverage they get. No one will give.”

Parents are desperately looking for answers to the missing camp after Texas flooding
The donation collection, “SADE PERKINS” on the collective financing platform gives it and includes pictures of some young girls who are in the flood. It was created by Marian Hills, and is supposed to benefit Perkins, a former member of the Houston food Innovation Board.
The organizers wrote on the site: “SADE PERKINS is publicly targeting the truth.” “After the devastating flood in the Mystic camp, SADE, like many of us, was sad. But she also had the courage to say what others did not do: Was this response seemed different if the victims of Spanish origin or black girls?”
Hill claimed that Perkins is subject to reading, harassment and floods with hate messages, noting that Houston John Wittir’s mayor that Berkins had shot “to make her look like she took a kind of measures in response to public anger.”
However, Hill said that Perkins resigned “on its own conditions” in January, which is when its term ended, according to the city.

Although Perkins was introduced into the race in the conversation, the organizers are now calling the reverse reaction faced by “racist violence”.
“Sad spoke simply about the racial contrast in responding to emergency situations, which many believed quietly, but they were very afraid of saying. The hatred that you get? It is not just a dispute, it is racist violence in the sight of the horizon,” according to the collection of donations.
Hill claimed that if a white public figure presented the same comment, “it could have sparked the discussion, not the removal.” She added that because Perkins is a black woman, she was told: “She should not speak at all.”

The former appointed in Houston claims the camp that was transferred to mystic floods is “eggs only” in the viral video
The organizers said that by raising funds, Berkins will be granted “legal protection, support and recovery from the prevailing and emotional damage it is borne.”
As of Thursday noon, the campaign raised slightly over $ 400, with a purpose of $ 20,000.
Many donations in small quantities, they are sent by user names that work as comments.
A donation by “Shame to Houston” received 23 admiration, while the donations made by other users names with ethnic insults, outrageous language or death threats aimed at Perkins have hundreds of likes.

While Perkins did not address donation collection, her boyfriend, Reverend Colin Bousin, issued a statement on his website, noting that he “mixed” her comments.
“My Sadé Perkins partner made comments on social media regarding the horrific floods that destroyed the Mystic camp. I want to be clear that I am sincerely up.” “While she was not talking on my behalf or on behalf of my group, I realized that her comments caused harm to many who suffer from terrible loss and anxiety.”
