While the attempt to assassinate the year 2024 against President Donald Trump in Bater, Pennsylvania, resulted in a set of changes to enhance security practices for secret service, the agency has cut its work in an era of unprecedented threats against the president, according to previous secret service agents.
Trump is facing a large number of threats, from violent extremists supported by the agency groups, to home actors that inspired incitement to violence amid an increasing political discourse, according to experts.
“No American president was at a great threat of violence,” Bill Gag, who held the position of special agent for secret service during George W. Bush and Barack Obama, told Fox News Digital on Wednesday. “The threat to President Trump is the greatest face of any president ever.”

The twenty-year-old gunman Thomas Matthew Crocs opened the fire on Trump from the surface during the gathering-with the eight bullets that sponsor Trump’s ear. In addition to the injury of two people, the gunman also fired and killed Korean Komperator, a 50 -year -old firefighter, a father and a husband attending the gathering.
A few months later, another man was arrested and charged with an assassination attempt at Trump at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida. Both incidents are under investigation.
Geage said that the political discourse from the left that Trump draws as a threat to democracy is dangerous and could provide feed for political stones to believe that the assassination of the president is the way to save the country – which may lead to a similar assassination attempt in Pennsylvania.
Other factors that contribute to the increasing threat levels include immigration policies or financing discounts from the newly created Ministry of Government Efficiency (DOGE) that are unimportant with left -wing groups, as well as hostile agent groups supported by representatives such as Iran who oppose Trump.

“This increases the level of threat to Trump,” said Gig “It is possible that there are dozens of threats and dozens of threats every day, only a kind of threats from the inside, or threats within our borders that the secret service must collapse.”
Specifically, GAGE pointed to comments from leaders such as the governor of the state of California Democrats, who gave a letter to the nation in June where he claimed “democracy subject to attack”, following the Trump administration’s decision to send thousands of National Guard forces and hundreds of Marines to respond to immigration work in the golden state and put it in the state of state leadership.
“There is now someone reading news quotes, a person who wishes President Trump harm,” Gig said in an email in June to Fox News Digitter. “It is up to you

Trump is not the only topic that is a potential goal of political motivated violence.
In attacks against federal immigration officials in the rise and opening of a gunman fire on the border patrol agents on Monday in an annex in McClicin, Texas. The authorities have not yet determined the motivation.
However, legislators did not release their words on the immigration agenda in Trump. In June, MP Bramela Javal accused, Dr. Wash.
Representative Michael Dhaif, R-Miss, said. The sub -committee supervises the internal security committee in the House of Representatives on border security and enforcement, in a statement on Wednesday to Fox News Digital that the “extremist enforcement speech” has prompted the rise in violence against federal immigration officials.

Meanwhile, threats continue to change, and create additional challenges for security forces such as the Secret Service while adapting them.
Although the secret service takes measures to enhance its security measures, the agency still faces “great weaknesses given the increasing complexity and the development of the threats it faces,” said Tim Miller, who served as a secret service agent during the presidents, George Herbo Bush and Bill Clinton, in an e -mail to Fox News Digital.
“The FBI has constantly warned of local violent extremists, which is still a great concern,” Miller said.

He said that while Miller Bater described it as an invitation to “wake up” for secret service and said that the accident sharpens the agency’s ability to deal with threats, there is still a lot of work to do.
Miller said: “The secret service is still playing to catch up with a knee when it comes to adopting critical technology, especially in the areas of safe communications, drone monitoring, and actual time intelligence tools,” Miller said. “These are not luxuries; they are vital for modern protection.”
A house team of the two parties who achieved the attack found that an assassination attempt was “prevented”, and identified various mistakes that were not an isolated incident.
At the top of the error list, the report determined that the secret service did not secure a “high -risk area” next to the assembly, the American Research Academy (AGR) and the Building Complex. The failure to secure this area “The fraudsters ultimately allowed the law to evades the application of the law, climbing the surface of the AGR complex, and open fire.”
Other errors that the work squad found, which was found to be delivered to the delivery of pre -planning roles, include inexperienced secret service staff, along with various technology and communications.
“Moreover, the relevant threat information that the intelligence community has not been dedicated to the main employees working in the gathering.”
As a result, the agency led a series of repairs.

According to the former Secret Service Director Ronald Ro, immediate changes on the following agency, Pennsylvania, included the expansion of the use of drones for surveillance purposes, and also integrating larger technology to combat its pilot to reduce the kinetic attacks from other drones.
The agency has also repaired radio communications networks and the possibility of overlapping these networks with secret service employees and local and local law enforcement employees, who told the legislators in a working group in the House of Representatives from the two parties who investigate the assassination attempt in December 2024.

The lawmakers also told that the secret service was aiming to raise the number of its employees in the next year, and put more distinguished agents in Trump’s security details. Row said that some of the $ 231 million of the financing approved by Congress for Secret Service in the Stopgap Bill in September 2024 to employ 1,000 new agents and officers in 2025 will go to these increasing employment plans.
There are some other changes in the pipeline, including building a replica of the White House. Historically, the agents trained using a replica of Tyler Perry in the White House in his studio in Atlanta films.
“The agency is working with the White House to install this building at the James J

“In order for our officers and agents to train properly, they must see something similar to being in the White House.” “It is important to know it. There are a lot of characteristics and generalities, and something simple like the local firefighting administration that appears to help a fire, and they should know where to go.”
In all, Congressing control bodies have issued nearly 50 recommendations for secret service after the assassination attempt, including those related to radio communications and events planning. The agency stated on Thursday that it had implemented 21 of these recommendations, and it is in the process of implementing 16 others.
“The reforms that were made during this year are only the beginning, and the agency will continue to evaluate its operations, review recommendations, and make additional changes as needed.”
