National Grid PLC (NYSE: NGG) recently published its results for the fiscal year 2025, as it reported the basic share profitability of 73.3p, an increase of 2 % of the previous year and before guidance, with more basic operating profits than compensation for the increasing number of shares after the rights problem. Moreover, the company’s record has helped 9.8 billion pounds from investing in the capital to pay the growth of the organization’s assets by 10.5 %. However, revenues decreased by 7 % year on an annual basis to 18.38 billion pounds. The cash flow of NGG caused by continuous operations during the year reached 7 billion pounds, less than 0.3 billion pounds from last year, mainly due to harmful timing movements.
The PLC (NYSE: NGG) also announced the distribution of total profits of 46.72 pixels for its shareholders, an increase of 3.21 % over profit distributions last year. As of the end of the fiscal year 2025, the company had 18 billion pounds of distribution reserves, which is enough to cover more than five years of expected profits.
