Addressing bias and ensuring compliance in AI systems

With companies more dependent on automatic systems, morals have become a major concern. How to build more fair systems

Ethics in automation does not occur by chance. It requires planning, correct tools and constant attention. The bias and fairness should be built into the process from the beginning, and it has not been later installed.
