Hello friends! Happy Friday! What did you plan this week? We enjoy some beach time in San Diego. It is Bar Mitzvah in Wyatt and we are very excited to celebrate with the Kleiger family. I will share some adventures on IG stories! I would like to hear what is happening.

Some exciting news … I was thinking more ways to make your life easier and give you some time again, so I collected12 months of fitness programming in one plan. This includes all the exercises in the strength for 12 months, and everything can be completed at home using a pair of Dummbells only.
