Functional labs moms over 30 should run

Share some of my job laboratories for mothers over 30 years.
Hello friends! How are you? What do you do this morning? I have two calls today, exercise, and interview podcast this afternoon.
For today, let’s talk about one of my favorite topics: job laboratories. (A friendly reminder that this post is not a medical advice. I am not a doctor, and these are just some of my favorite laboratories to run with customers. Before making any health changes, contact your doctor.)
What are job laboratories?
Standard blood laboratories usually get in your doctor’s office. While traditional laboratories are looking for disease cases or outward signs, functional tests are designed to assess the quality of your body’s work before Things get worse. These laboratories can reveal the imbalance in hormones, minerals, intestinal health, toxins and more elimination paths; Often before the symptoms become more dangerous.
Unlike the standard test, job laboratories often use unconventional samples such as saliva, urine, stool or hair (instead of blood). This allows a more detailed look of what is happening at the cellular level and metabolism. For example, hair tissue analysis (HTMA) can show mineral imbalances and heavy metal toxicity, and the salivary cortisol test can be planned to respond to stress throughout the day – things that you will not usually see on a routine blood plate.
These tests are incredible to create targeted protocols that support healing in the root cause, rather than just managing symptoms. It can also be completed at home, making it accessible to everyone.
Mothers’ functional laboratories more than 30
If you are a 30 -year -old woman and feel that your body does not respond to the way she is used to – your energy, your sleep is inconsistent, does not work your exercises, and your mood looks like a cause – not in your head. It may be time to look under the cover!
The laboratory functional test is one of the most things you can do for your health. Instead of guessing the nutritional supplements that you should take or try, The test gives you data. It gives you clarity. It tells us where your body is out of balance, and most importantly, what we can do about it.
(It should be noted here that these tests are not looking for diseases and are not used to diagnose the disease. Instead, they look at the shortcomings and toxicity so that you can work to return the body to balance.)
These are the basic functional tests I recommend to many of my mother’s customers for more than 30 years. This can be especially useful if you are in the thirties or forties of your life or want to get ahead of symptoms such as:
Hormonal imbalances
Fatigue and exhaustion
Weight gain (although “all the right things”)
Mood or anxiety fluctuations
Sleep problem
Issues of bowel and bloating
Hair loss or changes in the skin
My favorite career laboratory tests in Equilife
1. Stress, mood and metabolism
This one is Gamechanger. The stress, mood and metabolism test gives us a snapshot of your sexual hormones (such as estrogen and progesterone), your stress hormone (cortisol), thyroid gland (TSH, T4, T3, Reverse T3, antibodies), main insulin marks and blood sugar signs.
Why do it concern: These systems are deeply interconnected. If you have a stubborn weight, fatigue, irregular cycles, or mood swings, this test can show you the full image. Many women are surprised when you find that their symptoms are linked to the slow thyroid function or cortisol defect, and as soon as we know what is happening, we can create a targeted action plan.
2. Organic acid test (oats)
Think about this as an internal report card on how your body actually works. Oats view more than 70 bowls related to bowel health, toxins, neurotransmitters, nutrient levels, mitochondria function, and even yeast or mold growth.
Why do you care: If you have mysterious symptoms, it does not seem to be connected – or you are exhausted, fog or inflamed all the time – this test is very useful. It often reveals hidden imbalances missed by other standard laboratories, and gives us a clear trend around the whereabouts of your body supported with targeted supplements or protocols. This person can be particularly insisting on autoimmune problems, digestive system, skin and mood. Check it here.
3. HTMA (Metal Analysis Hair tissue)
This is one of the most intelligent, but incredible value tests, in functional medicine. HTMA looks at your mineral balance (such as magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium and zinc) and exposure to heavy toxic metals (such as mercury, lead and aluminum).
Why do it matters: minerals are the lift candles for your body. When unbalanced – often due to stress, birth control, poor digestion, or chronic infections – can affect energy, gland representation, thyroid, and toxins disposal paths. We also get an insightful look at the adrenal gland function and the nervous system. It is a low -cost and non -surgical test that can provide an enormous vision, and this is often the test that I start with.
4. IGG food allergy test
Although it is not always necessary for everyone, the food allergy test can be useful if you are struggling with unjustified bloating, skin problems, joint pain or fatigue; Especially when these symptoms continue even with a clean diet.
Why do it concerns: food allergies can create low inflammation in the intestine, which can leak into a hormone health, immune response, and energy. This test can give us a temporary road map of what to be removed or reduced so that the intestine can recover.
Here is the big picture
These tests are not related to perfection or “vital adherence” on your way to stress. They are about obtaining answers. Among those answers, creating a plan that seems sustainable and personal to you.
With the right data, you can:
Sleep better (and deeper)
Finally, fixed energy again
You feel a clear mind and an emotional institution
Balance your hormones and improve the health of the course
They understand exactly what your body needs now
Stop wasting money on nutritional supplements that you do not need
