‘Further to the announcement…’: Infosys lets go of more trainees from Mysuru campus, offers alternative roles

According to what was reported, Infosys ended another group of 30-45 trainees from its Mysuru campus on March 26 after they failed to survey internal assessments, Moneycontrol said.

However, the IT service giant provides trainee trainees an alternative professional path, including a 12 -week training program for potential roles in Infosys operations management (BPM). Those who choose this transition will have their training costs under the sponsorship of Infosys.

The latest development follows a larger tour of the termination earlier this year, as about 350 trainees were abandoned. Many of these new new people have already faced a delay on the plane for more than 2.5 years.

In an email sent to the trainees, it was reported that Infosys stated, “In addition to announcing the results of your final evaluation attempt, please inform that you did not meet the qualified standards in the” Basic Skills Training Program “despite the time of additional preparation, suspicion sessions, and many fake evaluation opportunities.”

BT cannot independently be achieved from development.

Although Infosys did not officially comment on this, the company provides the trainees affected by one month’s payment of Gratia and a mitigation message. The article will be updated after the Infosys version in an official statement.

For those who do not want to move to BPM roles, INFOSys has arranged the means of transportation from Missuru to Bangaluru, as well as a record travel allowance to their hometown. Trainees can also take advantage of the residence at the Missuru Employee Care Center until the date of their departure.

After previous reports on the ends, the Ministry of Labor in the state of Karnataka made this issue and did not find any legal violations.

The investigation was defended through the directive from the Ministry of Labor, which was asked by the Labor Commissioner in Karnataka and the Minister of Labor to study the case and take the necessary measures. However, Infosys has confirmed that its policies clearly stipulate the new publications who fail in assessments that cannot continue with the organization.
