General Motors revamps credit card, changes GM Rewards program to add discounts

With the sermon taking from the travel industry, General Motors plans to restart its credit card under a new lender and change how points accumulate and use them in car purchases.
The new card provides customers with more ways to earn and recover GM rewards on vehicles, services, parts and new accessories, according to the company. It begins on May 20, General Motors staff, retirees, agents and qualified suppliers will be able to obtain vehicle discounts to use General Motors’ reward points as well as this discount.
The card allows customers to get up to 10 times the points in the qualified General Motors purchases, which led to seven times the division of points for each dollar that is spent when using GM Rewards MasterCard, as well as up to three times the points as a member of the GM Rewards. All other purchases are qualified for three times the points, which General Motors said can also be replaced on the financial account balances of General Motors.
The company said that the auto company has more than 13 million members of General Motors. General Motors has obtained a brand credit card since 1992.

The members of the company’s rewards for the average purchase vehicles with 5 % of non -members are preferred to visit General Motors twice as the GM vehicles are usually repaired nearly three years without a member, according to Ralph Darmo, the head of General Motors’ rewards.
Darmo said: “The value of these members is the reason that General Motors made the decision to invest in these members.” “We make the program better.”
Before joining General Motors, Darmo managed the credit card Delta Square, and then managed to manage the genetically modified credit card when it was described with Goldman Sachs.
Darmo said that one of the main changes is to simplify the program, and to simplify various separate bonuses with brands to one. Instead of Cadillac rewards, Chefy Bonuses, Boik rewards, GMC and reward bonuses, starting from May 20, all of this will be assembled in my rewards.
Darmo said that the goal is to improve the experience of agents and clients, because of confusion about whether a GMC bonus member can apply points to buy Poik or not.
“You will get more points when buying General Motors in the new program. We also remove some restrictions-there will be no earnings, no recovery hats, and there is no longer exclusion on vehicles, and points are global-the points can be used in all GM brands for a new GM or a pre-approved vehicle.”
