Gensol BluSmart – ‘Put Rs 30,000 in Jan’: BluSmart’s customers left in the lurch; how to reclaim Blu Cab Wallet balance

Blusmart, the first cabin service in India completely, stopped reservations after the Securities Council and the Stock Exchange in India (SEBI), which prevented Anmol and Puneet Jaggi, Gensol engineers from filling the main roles in listed companies. Gensol is the main financial supporter and leasing partner for Blusmart, which he co -founded by BROTHERS JAGGI with Punit Goyal.

Many of these clients had a large amount deposited in the wallet, called Blu Cab Wallet.

One user said it had placed 20,000 rupees in the wallet for this year, and there are still 16,474 rupees. She said she sent the company by mail, but she received an undisputed response. Another user said he put 30,000 rupees in the wallet in January, and still leaves 18,500 rupees. Another user said it has 5,000 rupees in the wallet and 2000 rupees to subscribe to the elite.

While some said they “felt giving up” because they could not take a Blusmart taxi from today, another said it was sad to see it “descending this way like byju”. Byju’s, which was one day of unicorn and one of the largest emerging companies in India, is subject to financial, operational and organizational challenges.

Blusmart responded to a customer who says the money has the validity of life and will remain in the account. It can also be used to book a trip.

The client told the India Digital today that when noting that there are no other openings on the application-something that customers inherited on social media-the company told the user, “I would like to inform you that I will raise your request to recover the source amount with the relevant team and stay guarantee your amount within 5-7 working days. I ask you to wait for the time specified, and check this.

The company has not yet issued a general statement on its operations and money in individual portfolios.
