The lawmakers in the Republican state in Minnesota did not retract the criticism after the news governor, Tim and Alzal, spent $ 430,000 of taxpayer money to prepare for a hearing in the House of Representatives achieved in the policies of the “city of haven”.

The bills obtained by Star Tribune of Minnesota revealed that the Walz office had contracted with the high international law firm K&L Gates to prepare for the mid -June ruler session in front of the Republican -controlled home supervisory committee, which included questions about the policies of the Blue State Governorate.

In May alone, Walz incurred the legal fees of about $ 232,000, according to the obtained bills of The Star Tribune. The local director indicated that this is balanced at a rate of about $ 516 per hour.

In total, according to The Star Tribune, K& L Gates worked with the Walz office from April 10 to June 12, which cost taxpayers $ 430,000 for legal preparation.

Minnesota, Republican Party, MP Jim Nash, a Republican of the state’s legislative advisory committee, asked the reason for being forced to obtain a consultant outside instead of working with the state lawyer and public relations specialists.

“Half a million dollars of taxpayer money to prepare the ruler to go to his old land seems exorbitant, especially since AG for the state of Minnesota was in congress with Walz at the same time, and the two certainly discovered how to do what they needed.”

Nash added that he intends to search more deeply in checking the bills obtained by Star Tribune.

The Republican Representative in Minnesota, Harry Nesca, indicated that “it does not seem that there is no legitimate legal interest in the country that reaches nearly half a million dollars in up to public relations consultations.”

“Tim Walz spent 12 years in Congress – he knows these hearing rooms inside and outside, and he definitely knows how to make himself in this type of settings. So, why did the ruler feel the need to spend $ 430,000 of taxpayer money on a private company” to prepare “for this session?” Nesca request.

“To be clear, it seems that there is no legitimate legal interest for the state in collecting nearly half a million dollars in public relations consultations because he tries to lay the foundation in a presidential campaign that does not go at all. It is unreasonable to make taxpayers in Minnesota pay for the ruling national political donations.”

In response to criticism on Walz’s decision to sign K& L Gates, both the ruler and his team have avoided an explanation. Instead, they suggested that the blame fell at the feet of the Republicans to hold a hearing that does not serve any other purpose other than the “runway”, according to the Star Tribune newspaper.

Teddy Tishhan, spokesperson for Walz, described the session as a “political trick planned to Diem taxi.”

Chan added: “They were very busy performing the cameras so that they would not pretend to listen to the ruler and weight around Minnesota’s balanced approach to migration,” Chan added. “The most frustrating thing is that Tom Amir and Beit Stop Plans for this scene know what he will cost and pass by anyway.”

When asked directly about the legal bill, Walz told the correspondents that the session led by the Republican Party was “not the place I wanted to spend money. It is not the place that I wanted to spend my time, and it has certainly proven that there is nothing other than its use.”

While the huge legal draft law obtained a violent reaction this week, this will not be the first time that the ruler has paid hundreds of thousands of dollars based on legal advice. The mayor of Boston Michel Wu said earlier this year after attending a hearing in the country’s capital, which expected to pay about 650,000 dollars to the law firm, which helped her prepare.

Denver also left more than $ 250,000 to the external legal advisor earlier this year to prepare the mayor of the city, Mike Johnston, to attend a hearing in Congress.

Fox News Digital communicated with the Walz and K& L Gates office for comment, but it did not receive a response from either of them.
