“Saint Patrick was a great man,” Okonor told Fox Business. “It was clear that he was one of the beneficiaries, so [St. Patrick’s Day] It is a celebration of a man, but most importantly is the celebration of Irish on the right of the road around the world, a type of link to the Guinness story as well. Ireland has many success stories, and this is one of them. ”
“You don’t have to have an Irish background to celebrate it. This is its beauty,” he added. “It is essentially a celebration of an idea and a celebration of the life approach, as well as it is very proud to be an Irish.”
“Ensure that you are enjoying festivals, whether at home or whether in your local motorcade.”

Some people embrace the holiday through food.

For Guinness specifically, Okonor said that seafood, including oysters, is a “very common” association.
“Guinness is actually defined as a dry Irish brave,” he said, noting that the brave “means that he is essentially fermented with roasted barley.”
“Where we disagree a little in this style, it is a kind of alternative, that we ferment the unhappy roasted barley,” he explained. “This means mainly that a rough barley is mean, and what it does is that it gives you full flavors, but in the end it actually leaves you with a little dryness in the back interface … similar to dry champagne or dry wine, it is renewed a kind of your taste.”
He also said that Guinness gets well with “other foods that have strong flavors.”
“There are many different ways to celebrate,” he told Fox Business. “True food, real drink, real song, as well.”
